How much space and infrastructure is required?

We require approx. 6×4 m of setup space, access to a power outlet (230V) and ventilation or an outdoor area for the wood-fire cooker. We are happy to clarify details in advance.

For how many guests is the service suitable?

We cook for groups of 20 to 120 people. For larger events, reach out directly — we will find a solution.

Question 3

When should we book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. During peak season (October–December), earlier is advisable as capacity is limited.

What radius do you cover?

We operate throughout German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Travel costs outside central Switzerland are listed separately.

Question 5

What does the client need to provide?

Nothing — we bring everything: cooker, ingredients, crockery, glasses and the service team. Tables and seating can optionally be coordinated by us.

Question 6

How does payment work?

After confirmed booking, we invoice a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
